Refund Policy for ZEENART

Consumer Revocation Rights:

As a valued customer of ZEENART, you have the right to revoke your contract within 30 days from receiving your order, without needing to provide any specific reasons for doing so.

To exercise your revocation right:

You must notify us of your decision to revoke the contract through a clear declaration. This can be done via post, fax, or email. While you may use the provided specimen revocation form, it is not obligatory.
To ensure your revocation is within the stipulated timeframe, you only need to send the notification before the 30-day period expires.

Consequences of Revocation:

Upon revocation of the contract, ZEENART will promptly reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 30 days of receiving your revocation notification. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Repayment may be withheld until we receive the returned products or until you provide evidence of having sent the products back to us, whichever occurs earlier.

You are required to return the products to ZEENART immediately, and no later than 30 days from the date of your revocation notification. The deadline is considered met if the products are shipped before the 30-day period elapses.

You are responsible for covering the direct costs associated with returning the products.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the products if this depreciation is a result of handling that was unnecessary to assess the product's condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion or Expiry Criteria:

Please note that the revocation right does not apply to contracts:

Involving the delivery of customized or personalized products that were made to your specific requirements.
Involving the delivery of perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
Involving the delivery of alcoholic beverages with agreed-upon prices, subject to market fluctuations.
Involving the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The revocation right may expire prematurely for contracts:

Involving the delivery of sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
Involving the delivery of products that have been inseparably mixed with other goods post-delivery.
Involving the delivery of sealed sound, video recordings, or computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.
